Job Positions

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled time, cost and quality.
  • Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise closely with, architects, consultant’s authorities subcontractors, setting of guidelines and providing the team with expertise and supervision.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and coherent manner.
  • Proactively manage changes in the scope of the project, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Ensure projects meet customer’s quality standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Recognized Degree / Diploma /  Degree in  relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years local experience in large-scale projects (commercial / space)
  • Good project management and site coordination skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates)
  • Singaporean

Project Executive

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, organize and direct all aspects of the day-to-day site activities to ensure that daily targets are achieved while meeting site standards of safety, health and quality.
  • Sensitive to potential problems and effective actions and, thorough follow-up carried out to ensure that the site work is not jeopardized.
  • Assist and work closely with Project Manager to ensure appropriate allocation of resources.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above
  • Minimum 2 year experience in project management and site coordination experience
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Highly self-motivated, good working attitude and a good team player
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates)
  • Singaporean

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To Support Admin
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and clients
  • Handling incoming calls, courier services, and servicing
  • Booking of air tickets/hotel accommodation
  • Daily administrative task and ad-hoc assignment

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel / Word, telecommunication skills and, correspondence
  • At least GCE ‘O’ and above
  • At least two years of working experience in a construction company and able to work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates)
  • Singaporean
