Responsibilities:

  • To Support Admin
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and clients
  • Handling incoming calls, courier services, and servicing
  • Booking of air tickets/hotel accommodation
  • Daily administrative task and ad-hoc assignment

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel / Word, telecommunication skills and, correspondence
  • At least GCE ‘O’ and above
  • At least two years of working experience in a construction company and able to work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates)
